At Dr. Dan's Auto Service we take pride in what we do. Customer service is our number one priority.  There are times when people call us and say, "Hey my car is making a funny whirr, whirr noise" or a "clickety, clankety noise", can you tell me what it is?
We are good, but not that good.  Nobody is!  Anytime someone gives you an estimate without looking at the vehicle first, BEWARE! 
For our customers convenience, we have added this question section to our website.  As we said before, we cannot and will not give you an actual price estimate for any repairs over the phone.  But feel free to ask us anything you like.  We will try to respond within 24 hours at the latest.
